I've never had a garden

and so wish for one. Actually I was in queue for a townhouse with a small garden, but in these corona times where everyone wants the same thing it is difficult and I can NOT stay here, due to certain issues with a problematic lifestyle of neighbors, I had to find something else fast and I did, but without the garden.

On the one side of this house, is a house share building, for the mentally ill with substance abuse problems and not to bring down these people, I do have to say, they can be very stressful to others, with shouts out the windows night and day, fights and quarrels, well even fireworks thrown out the windows.

In this building are 6 apartments and in 3 of these lived people who really should live in the building in question, having the same problems and behaviors. Due to all the drinking, cannabis smoking ect. and associated bad behavior, the activities have led to a whole complaint avalanche, us too, the neighbor and I, we even had to call the police at night. Nothing has helped.

In a complaint the summer of 2019, a concern was expressed in writing, a concern about waking up at night in a building on fire. 11 months later, almost on the date, we woke up in the middle of the night and the building was on fire..........

A few months later, suddenly and out of the blue, someone cries for help in the stairwell and you can hear tumult that sounds like a fight. Soon here are both police and ambulance, as well as other residents outside, not knowing what is going on. It turned out that a resident (from the 3 mentioned apartments) have had a psychotic episode and had to go to the hospital, only to be discharged shortly after, sent home in a taxi in the middle of the night, and then driven back again the next morning by ambulance and once again just sent home.....

This just goes on and on and on and on, while many residents move away or want to move

I called the police some time ago at 2 o'clock at night, after the noise had been on for about 8 hours. They came and they went after he had tried to report me for harassment. They left an aggravated male in the stairwell, doing what ever, screaming and slaming the doors long after they themselves left the place. The next day I wrote the person, in the housing association, who takes care of complaints etc. that I withdraw my complaint and why.

Yesterday another resident said that, the worst of the 3 mentioned neighbors, has left the door to the basement open and told others who do not live here, that they can go sleep in there, meaning that if the rest of us go to the basement early in the morning, for example to use the laundry room, we risk running into the "invited" people sleeping down there. Which again, precisely was the point of the concern in complaint, that both a named person's and the actions of this person's equals, puts all of us at risk of whatever will happen one of these days and this is not a place we want to live or grow old.

They all put us at risk, all of those who do nothing but to look away, like it was nothing, so we move away, to stay safe. Even if it means I never get the garden I dream of, what god is a garden, if I am not here to see it.
